Name of the study: Young people and parents talking about type 1 diabetes

 

Type of study: Survey

Purpose of study:
This research aims to find out how young people with type 1 diabetes and their parents experience living with and taking care of diabetes and how young people and their parents communicate about type 1 diabetes self-management.

Who can take part:
Young people aged 11-17 years who have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for 6 months or more and their parents.

What will participants be asked to do:
Participants are being asked to complete the survey below
