Some of our members tell us about the benefits they have experienced by becoming a member with Diabetes Ireland

1. “I hear about…”

We run hundreds of events across Ireland each year, but you may not hear of a very good meeting or event, even when it is taking place in your hometown. Our members hear everything about diabetes in Ireland.

Most events are free, and members sometimes get priority notice. Our events include education meetings, small group discussions with experts, free structured education courses, family weekends and children/teenager activity events. You meet a range of professions in informal settings to answer your questions.

2. “I trust the news…”

We are a trusted news source for Diabetes in Ireland, connecting you with research, medical and patient news, stories and updates. We publish a full colour quarterly magazine, a monthly ezine, online news bulletins and social media alerts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
