CPD Credits

Diabetes Ireland has applied for Category 1 approval from An Bord Altranais and CME 5 credits with the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland. The event may also be attended for INDI CPD.

Registration

The registration fee for the professional study day is €30 / £30. This includes lunch, coffee, complimentary membership of the Professional Section of Diabetes Ireland and a subscription to Cardiology and Diabetes Professional Magazine until March 2019.

Crown Plaze SantryThe Crowne Plaza, beside Dublin Airport, in Northwood Park on Northwood Avenue in Santry, Dublin 9 is offering a delegate rate of €119 bed and breakfast single room on a first come – first serve basis, for the first 40 rooms. Parking at the hotel is €6 per day, please take a parking ticket on your way in and submit to reception on check-out.

 How to register

  • To register and pay online, please complete the form below. You will receive email confirmation on completion. Once payment has been processed, you will receive a payment receipt by email. Please ensure your email on the form is correct. On the day of the conference, we will provide you with your new Diabetes Ireland membership card.
  • To pay by bank draft or cheque please download an application form ( Downloadable Registration form for paediatric Study day 2017) and once completed, return the form with payment made out to Diabetes Federation of Ireland and post  to Diabetes Ireland, 19 Northwood House, Northwood Business Campus, Santry, Dublin 9.

Closing date

Early Bird rate €30/£30 on or before Wednesday November 1st

Any applications received after Wednesday 1st November will incur an additional late fee of €20/£20, with the new rate now totalling €50
