A free 3 week CODE programme will take place in Northgate Medical Centre, St. Johns Road, New Ross, Co Wexford. The programme will run for 3 consecutive weeks, starting June 7th, with a final session in 6 months’ time.
CODE is an education programme which supports people with diabetes through group learning and participation. It encourages participants to become confident in their diabetes self care management and aims to improve quality of life through informed decision making.
