An education course, developed by Diabetes Ireland, is being run by Diabetes Ireland in Abbeyknockmoy, Co Galway

The aim of the course is to help you manage your diabetes and it will cover topics such as diabetes knowledge and management, nutrition and physical activity and self monitoring of diabetes control.

The course will be run by Diabetes Ireland, Regional Development Officer and Diabetes Nurse, Ms. Clair Naughton.

The first session will be 2 ½ hours long and the remaining sessions 2 hours long including a tea/coffee break. There is no cost involved in attending this course.

The course will be held at the Abbeyknockmoy Community Centre, Tuam, Co Galway.

Week 3: Monday April 6th  2020 from 10:30am – 12:30pm

Week 4:  Monday September 14th 2020 from 10:30am – 12:30pm
