An education course, developed by Diabetes Ireland, is being run by Diabetes Ireland in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary

The aim of the course is to help you manage your diabetes and it will cover topics such as diabetes knowledge and management, nutrition and physical activity and self monitoring of diabetes control.

The course will be run by Diabetes Ireland, Regional Development Officer and Senior Dietitian, Ms. Pauline Dunne.

The first session will be 2 ½ hours long and the remaining sessions 2 hours long including a tea/coffee break. There is no cost involved in attending this course.

The course will be held at the Cré House,  Roscrea Primary Care Centre, Templemore Road, Scart, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary

Week 1 Wednesday 22nd January from 10:30am – 1pm

Week 2 Wednesday 29th  January from 10:30am – 12:30pm

Week 3 Wednesday 5th February from 10:30am – 12:30pm
