This event is a day long event without parents.

You can choose from 4 centres around the country.  Choose the centre closest to you.

1. Carlingford Adventure Centre, Co.Louth

2.Dunmore East Adventure Centre, Waterford

3. East Cork Adventure Centre, Cork

4. North West Adventure Centre, Co. Sligo

Buses will be provided depending on demand and we will confirm arrangements closer to the date.

Each centre will have a range of activities including land and water-based activities such as Archery, Rope climbing, Kayaking, and Team Building events.

A hot lunch and snacks will be provided for the teens on the day . Medical staff will also be there.

COST: €20

Diabetes Ireland subsidise the event as we want as many teenagers as possible to attend.
