The theme for this years Health 2.0 Meet Up is Diabetes. Speakers will have 10 to 15 minutes to talk about their position and then there will be Q & A.

• Chris Murphy & Simon Kiersey, Co-Founders of Bluedrop Medical – early stage startup company investigating the issue of diabetic foot disease.
• Mary Clare O’Hara – Mary Clare is a Health Services Researcher and Programme Manager, Diabetes Centre, Galway University Hospitals.
• Lisa Hynes, Postdoctoral researcher, Health Behaviour Change Research Group, NUI Galway. Lisa’s PhD in health psychology aimed to develop a theory to explain clinic attendance among young adults with type 1 diabetes.
