Time is allocated during the programme for problem solving, feedback on diabetes self management behaviours and goal setting.
The programme is facilitated by Ms Elaine Newell, Diabetes Nurse Specialist and consists of 4 sessions of 2 hour duration. The first 3 sessions take place over 3 consecutive weeks in the Westside Community Resource Centre, Seamus Quirke Road, Galway
