CODE (Online) aims to deliver general information about diabetes self-management in a supported online setting.

The groups are facilitated by Diabetes Ireland Health Professionals, a Nurse or Dietitian, and kept to a maximum of 12 participants in a relaxed environment sharing and hearing people’s own experiences.

Each CODE (Online) programme consists of 4 sessions,

The first 3 sessions are over 3 consecutive weeks, and the final session takes place 6 months later.

Each session is 2 hours in duration.

Week 1: Thursday, July 14th, 2022 @ 10.30 am – 12.30 pm

Week 2: Thursday, July 21st, 2022 @ 10.30 am – 12.30 pm

Week 3: Thursday, July 28th, 2022 @ 10.30 am – 12.30 pm

At 6 months: Thursday , December 8th, 2022 @ 10.30am – 12.30pm
