CORK- Type 2 Education Course (CODE)

freeAn education course, developed by Diabetes Ireland, is being run by Diabetes Ireland, Cork Care Centre, 36 Mary Street, Cork City.
The aim of the course is to help you manage your diabetes and it will cover topics such as diabetes knowledge and management, nutrition and physical activity and self monitoring of diabetes control.
The course will be run by Diabetes Irelands’, Regional Development Officer and Dietitian, Ms. Pauline Dunne.
The first session will be 2 ½ hours long and the remaining sessions 2 hours long including a tea/coffee break. There is no cost involved in attending this course.
This course is now fully booked.
The course will be held at the new, Nano Nagle Heritage Centre, 36 Abbey St, Cork, T12 TFF6 (please use the Evergreen Street Entrance) :
4th week: Wednesday 20th June 2018 from 11am to 1pm
You are asked to attend all four sessions to get maximum benefit from the course.
