Are you at risk of diabetes? Do you know the warning signs? Do you know how to manage  and take control of your diabetes?

To mark World Diabetes Day, the Diabetes Department of Louth Hospital Group are holding a free information evening on Wednesday, 15^th November, 2017 at 7.30 p.m. in the Diabetes Day Centre, Louth County hospital, Dundalk.

Prof. Richard Firth will give a talk on managing diabetes, following which members of the Diabetes Department will be available to give information

on managing diabetes, in relation to food, pre-pregnancy care for women with diabetes, foot-care, exercise, smoking cessation and blood-glucose monitoring.

Anyone who has been diagnosed with diabetes, or people at risk of developing diabetes are invited to come along to this free information evening.
