Would you like to learn more about your diabetes and meet other people with diabetes in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere?

An education course, developed by Diabetes Ireland.  The aim of the course is to deliver general information about diabetes and in doing so help you manage your diabetes. We will cover topics such as diabetes knowledge and management, medication, physical activity and healthy eating with diabetes.

The course will be run by: Jenny Dunbar, Diabetes Nurse in Diabetes Ireland.

Each session will be 2 hours long and includes tea/ coffee break. There is no cost involved in attending this course.

Group numbers are limited to 14 so early booking is essential

Start date:           Monday 16^th May           10.45am to 1pm

2^nd week:            Monday 23^rd May          10.45am to 12.45pm

3^rd week:            Monday 30^th May            10.45am to 12.45pm

Final Week       Monday 7^th November      10.45am to 12.45pm

You are asked to attend all four sessions to get maximum benefit from the course.
