A free CODE Type 2 education programme will take place in Newbridge, commencing on Wednesday January 28th 2015 . The course will run for three consecutive weeks with a further session in 6 months (tbc).

CODE is an education programme which supports people with diabetes through group learning and participation. It encourages participants to become confident in their diabetes self care management and aims to improve quality of life through informed decision making.
