Diabetes Ireland Podiatry Services will resume on a Phased and Gradual Basis from June 8th 2020

We are delighted to inform you that Diabetes Ireland podiatry services will be resuming on a phased and gradual basis from Monday 8th June 2020.

We have all been through a lot over the last few months while many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.

In reopening our podiatry services, Diabetes Ireland will be following Government and HSE guidelines at all times.

As a result, and to ensure the safety of both staff and clients, Diabetes Ireland has implemented a number of measures, including the following:

  • Staggered appointments
  • Pre-appointment screening
  • Staff and patient temperature checks
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Increased infection prevention & control (IPC) processes
  • Installation of  Perspex screen for reception

In the weeks ahead, we will be prioritising appointments for our existing clients. We will also be contacting any patients who have scheduled appointments coming up in the weeks ahead to confirm attendance and those who had their appointments cancelled due to the lockdown to re-book these appointments. We look forward to seeing you again. Should you wish to make an appointment, contact us on Dublin (01 8428118) and Cork (021) 4274229.
