You are located on the 4th Floor, called Hogan Mezzanine

There is no set-up available the evening before as there is an event running. You can drop off your stand and promotional material anytime on Thursday 22nd and it will be stored until the morning.

Label your material “For Diabetes Conference Fri 23rd ” and clearly put your Company Name on the material so that your team can find it easily the following morning.

To store your stand on Thursday 22nd-

Enter the main entrance from Jones Rd and turn right at the reception desk. Taking lift no. 4 to level 6 and go to suite 674 which is where you will store your stand. Collect your materials from this suite the following morning from 7am .

Ensure your stand and materials are clearly labelled Event – DICE 2018 Friday 23rd Hogan Mezzanine.

If your stand is big, (bigger than pull-stands or pre-built), enter St Margaret’s Avenue off Clonliffe Rd and you will arrive at a security hut. Ask to be directed to the tunnel to access a larger lift to access the storage area as detailed above.

Access to exhibitor area Friday 23rd February from 7.00am.

There will be a 6ft trestle table and 2 chairs at your stand. Your company name will be on the table to avoid confusion.
