CODE (Free Education programmes for people with Type 2 diabetes)

Carrick– on-Suir: A free 3 week CODE programme will take place in Carrick–on–Suir commencing Monday morning 24th February (for 2 hours) and continuing on Monday 3rd & 10th March. For further details, and to register, contact Siobhan at 1850 909 909. 

CODE is an education programme which supports people with diabetes through group learning and participation. It encourages participants to become confident in their diabetes self care management and aims to improve quality of life through informed decision making.
