ENNIS – Type 2 & Pre-diabetes Education Course (CODE)
An education course, developed by Diabetes Ireland, is being run by Diabetes Ireland at the Active Ennis Leisure Centre, Highfield Road, Ennis, Co Clare
The aim of the course is to help you manage your diabetes and it will cover topics such as diabetes knowledge and management, nutrition and physical activity and self monitoring of diabetes control.
The course will be run by Diabetes Ireland, Regional Development Officer and Dietitian, Ms. Pauline Dunne.
The first session will be 2 ½ hours long and the remaining sessions 2 hours long including a tea/coffee break. There is no cost involved in attending this course.
The course will be held at the Active Ennis Leisure Centre, Highfield Road, Ennis, Co Clare

At 6 months Tuesday 20th November from 10:30 – 12:30 pm
You are asked to attend all four sessions to get maximum benefit from the course.
