A free 3 week CODE programme will commence in Lus na Greine Family Resource Centre, Main Street, Granard, Co Longford starting October 28th and continueing on November 4th and 11th 2015 and a final session on April 27th 2016.

CODE is an education programme which supports people with diabetes through group learning and participation. It encourages participants to become confident in their diabetes self care management and aims to improve quality of life through informed decision making.
