A free 3 week CODE programme will commence in Ballina Family Resource Centre, September 29th, October 6th and 13th 2015 and a final session in 6 months time (tbc).

CODE is an education programme which supports people with diabetes through group learning and participation. It encourages participants to become confident in their diabetes self care management and aims to improve quality of life through informed decision making.
