International Soccer Player Stephanie Roche undertakes one of the toughest challenges of her life but not only on a physical level but also mentally, and emotionally in support of Diabetes Ireland.
18 celebrity recruits take part in a gruelling special forces selection course designed by former members of Ireland’s elite Special Forces unit, the Army Ranger Wing (ARW). Filmed last May in the extreme wilderness of West Cork, Celebrity Ultimate Hell Week follows 18 well-known Irish personalities as they are put through the key stages of the infamous special force’s selection process. Each recruit is pushed to their mental and physical limits during their time on the course and at the end of the week, only a few will remain.
During the series, each recruit has a number (it’s on their helmet, bed, and arm) and that is how they are referred to in the series and Stephanie is no. 6. When Stephanie appears on screen the title will appear, followed by the name, title, charity name. At the end of each part of the show there will be a voice over and on-screen text and graphics telling people the details on how to vote. It will say ‘ Inspired by the recruits. Text Recruit followed by their number to 50300′ or go to RTE.IE for more information’.
