Diabetes Ireland May Bank Holiday Weekend 10km Challenge

This coming May Bank Holiday Weekend, April 28th to May 1st, we want you and your family to get active! #May10K

We are asking you to complete a 10 km walk, run, or cycle. Whether you do it at once, spread it over the weekend, or split it with family and friends, the impact is the same! No matter how you do it, our key message is that exercise is good for everyone and is even more so if you have diabetes.

Get active by taking part this year and you can also help raise vital funds for Diabetes Ireland. This year, the funds you raise will go towards supporting our helpline and education services for people with diabetes who need our help today.

If you think you have what it takes to complete the challenge, our ask is simple!

We would like you to register yourself for this event and set up your personal 10km Challenge Fundraising Page, through our new Enthuse fundraising profile.

Enthuse makes it simple to share your page with your family, friends, and work colleagues through social media and email to let them know what you are doing and ask for their support. Are you walking, running, or cycling? Are you taking on the challenge yourself or with your family? You can also share updates with your supporters on how you are getting on!

You can also make a personal or family donation through our online donation page. Every donation will help maintain our helpline and education services.
