SUMMARY:Free Type 1 Diabetes Technology & Research Discovery Letterkenny Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Diabetes technologies\, such as Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs)\, insulin pumps\, and hybrid closed-loop systems\, are transforming the lives of people with Type 1 diabetes. Just a few years ago\, access to CGMs was limited\, and awareness of insulin pump therapy was low. Today\, there is unprecedented access to CGMs\, and hybrid closed-loop ‘artificial pancreas’ systems are becoming a reality. \n  \nDespite this progress\, opportunities to learn directly from healthcare professionals about these technologies are rare. That’s why Diabetes Technology Network Ireland (DTN IRL)\, in collaboration with Diabetes Ireland\, is hosting a technology information meeting in Letterkenny. Connect with others and receive practical advice on managing diabetes. \nJoin us at the Midlands Park Hotel for this year’s inspiring event: “Living Life Well With Diabetes” information Meeting.  \nDesigned for people living with diabetes\, our programme is packed with practical tips\, the latest updates\, and guidance for everyday wellbeing.
