DESCRIPTION:A Diabetes Ireland School Awareness Day will take place in St Conleth’s Infant School\, Newbridge\, Co.Kildare on the 4th of February. \nVicky Doyle\, Health Promotion Officer with Diabetes Ireland\, will be completing a series of school visits in the Leinster area in 2016 as part of our new Schools Diabetes Awareness Programme. Vicky\, who herself was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 11 years old\, will talk to students and create awareness around type 1 and type 2 diabetes across the Leinster region.
