SUMMARY:Ben Nevis 24 Hour Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Join us to take on our Ben Nevis 24-Hour Challenge by night!\n\n  \nBen Nevis\, the highest mountain in the UK stands at 4\,000ft high and is in the Western Highlands of Scotland. This is a magnificent mountain with 360 degrees of stunning scenery. It is estimated that more than 150\,000 people climb ‘The Ben’\, as it is known locally\, each year. Our trail to the summit is technically easy\, but trekking Ben Nevis is a challenge – stamina and determination are a must! \n  \n  \nGuided by an experienced mountain leader from Lost Earth Adventures at the lofty height of 1343m (roughly 4000ft)\, You will be at the highest point in the whole of the United Kingdom. ‘The walk usually takes 7-9 hours and is 16.5 Km long. From the summit\, the panorama stretches out for up to 120 miles in all directions; making the climb well worth the effort!’ \n  \nYou’ll trek through the night to the summit of the UK’s tallest mountain. Once you have taken in your surroundings\, you’ll make your way down the mountain as the sun rises. \n  \n  \nThere is a minimum fundraising fee of €750. These funds go back into Diabetes Ireland\, to help us provide support\, education\, and motivation to people with diabetes\, their families\, and friends. Our goal is to raise awareness of diabetes in the community! \n  \n  \nGet in touch today to find out more – 01 842 8228 & info@diabetes.ie \n  \n  \nTo find out how to register\, what you receive\, and what you need to do\, click the link here: \n  \nhttps://www.diabetes.ie/fundraise-for-us/join-us-on-our-24-hour-ben-nevis-challenge-by-night-from-dublin-to-the-top-of-ben-nevis-and-back-and-raise-funds-for-diabetes-ireland/ \n
