DESCRIPTION:A not-to-be missed opportunity in Ennis\, Co Clare \n  \nHave you ever wanted to sit face to face with the diabetes experts outside of a hospital setting to learn more about your condition? Diabetes Ireland is delighted to offer you this opportunity. We have gathered four experts from a variety of fields in the area of Type 2 diabetes to answer YOUR questions. To do this\, join us in The Temple Gate Hotel\, Ennis\, Co. Clare from 7-9pm on Thursday 23rd November 2017. \nOn the night\, each expert will give a 5 minute introduction on their topic. Following this\, you and fellow attendees will be divided into small groups (no more than 12) at a round discussion table. Our experts will move from table to table in rotation for a 15 minute Question & Answer sessions. This should allow for easy conversation and give you the opportunity to ask them anything you like about your diabetes\, or just listen. \n The experts and their topics are: \n\n“ The importance of self-managing your Diabetes” \n\nDr Ray O Connor\, Limerick \n\n“Carbohydrates and how to better manage blood glucose.
