DESCRIPTION:After the success of last years National Diabetes Cup we are delighted to announce we will it is coming back. \nThe 5-a-side soccer tournament will take place on Saturday 5th September and we want you to be part of it. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet and play soccer with other children who are also living with type 1 diabetes.  \nThe format of the day will see a 5-a-side tournament taking place for children with diabetes between 4 and 15 years of age. Teams will be comprised of both boys and girls. There will also be a family BBQ and kids fun-zone. \nWhen: Saturday\, September 5th (time tbc) \nWhere: Astropark Coolock\, Coolock Lane\, Coolock\, Dublin 17 (just off the M1 & M50\, near the airport) \nTo register: Please fill out the form below or call us at 1850 909 909 \nThe tournament is supported by Bayer and Medtronic.
