DESCRIPTION:Diabetes Ireland are delighted to once again be invited to participate in the Carer’s Association Health Fairs. We will be exhibiting at the GlassHouse Hotel\, Sligo on Tuesday 9th of June from 11-3pm.The fairs are open to members of the public and involves Diabetes Ireland professionals offering free risk assessments for attendees\, as well as advice and information on the risk factors\, symptoms\, management and treatment of Type 2 diabetes.  \nNational Carer’s Week takes place from June 8th – 15th 2015.
