SUMMARY:Free CODE Type 2 Group Education Meetings (Online) October Dates
DESCRIPTION:The groups are facilitated by Diabetes Ireland Health Professionals\, a Nurse or Dietitian\, and kept to a maximum of 12 participants in a relaxed environment sharing and hearing people’s own experience. \n  \nEach CODE (Online) programme consists of 4 sessions. \n  \nThe first 3 sessions are over 3 consecutive weeks\, and the final session occurs 6 months later. \n  \nEach session is 2/2.5 hours in duration. \n  \nOctober 4th 10.30am  – 12.30pm \nOctober 11th 10.30am – 12.30pm \nOctober 18th 10.30 – 1pm \nFinal session will commence on 14th February 10.30am – 12.30pm \n  \nTo register\, contact 01 8428118 or email info@diabetes.ie
