SUMMARY:Free Code Type 2 Group Education Meetings (Online) January Dates
DESCRIPTION:CODE (Online) aims to deliver general information about diabetes Self-Management in a supported online setting. \nThe groups are facilitated by Diabetes Ireland Health Professionals\, a Nurse or Dietitian\, and kept to a maximum of 12 participants in a relaxed environment sharing and hearing people’s own experiences. \nEach CODE (Online) programme consists of 4 sessions\, \nThe first 3 sessions are over 3 consecutive weeks\, and the final session takes place 6 months later.\nEach session is 2 hours in duration. \nJanuary 10th\, 17th & 24th\, and the final session will commence in June  2023.
