SUMMARY:Free Code Type 2 Group Education Meetings (Online) June Dates
DESCRIPTION:CODE (Online) aims to deliver general information about diabetes self-management in a supported online setting. \nThe groups are facilitated by Diabetes Ireland Health Professionals\, a Nurse or Dietitian\, and kept to a maximum of 12 participants in a relaxed environment sharing and hearing people’s own experiences. \nEach CODE (Online) programme consists of 4 sessions\, \nThe first 3 sessions are over 3 consecutive weeks\, and the final session takes place 6 months later. \nEach session is 2 hours in duration. \n  \nWeek 1: Thursday\, June 16th\, 2022 @ 10.30 am – 12.30 pm \nWeek 2: Thursday\, June 23rd\, 2022 @ 10.30 am – 12.30 pm \nWeek 3: Thursday\, June 30th\, 2022 @ 10.30 am – 12.30 pm \nAt 6 months: Thursday \, December 8th\, 2022 @ 10.30am – 12.30pm \n  \nTo register\, contact 021 4274229 or email corkcarecentre@diabetes.ie or \nRegister yourself online\, click here.\n  \n\n
