DESCRIPTION:April 7th\, 7-8 pm\nHave you ever wanted to sit with local diabetes experts outside of a hospital setting to learn more about Type 2 diabetes? Are you from Dublin South & South West\, Kildare West\, or Wicklow? \n  \nDiabetes Ireland is delighted to offer you this opportunity. We are facilitating this interactive educational session online\, for people living with Type 2 diabetes. \n  \nWhat to Expect\nWe are delighted to have a Diabetes Nurse Specialist and Podiatrist available to answer your questions during this session. \nOnce the healthcare professionals are introduced to the audience – the attendees are divided into 2 smaller groups as this format allows for easy conversation and allows everyone to ask questions – or just to listen. After 20 minutes your expert will leave your group and you will be joined by the other health professional. \n  \nThursday 7th April 2022 – 7 pm – 8pm\n\nYou are welcome to log in from 6:45 pm\n  \nOur Local Professionals for the session are:\n\nMs Una O Neill\, Diabetes Nurse Specialist &\n  \nMs Aine Maloney\, Senior Community Podiatrist\n\n  \nPlease note:\nIf you are registering by email\, be sure to let us know that you are registering for “Ask the Expert” meeting on April 7th at 7pm to ensure you are signed up for the correct meeting. \nThe session will be held via Zoom\, and we will contact you via email with participant guidelines and login details for the session.
