DESCRIPTION:An education course\, developed by Diabetes Ireland\, is being run by Diabetes Ireland in Creeslough\, Co Donegal. \nThe aim of the course is to help you manage your diabetes and it will cover topics such as diabetes knowledge and management\, nutrition and physical activity and self monitoring of diabetes control. \nThe course will be run by Frances Murphy\, Diabetes Nurse for Diabetes Ireland. \nThe first session will be 2 ½ hours long and the remaining sessions 2 hours long including a tea/coffee break. There is no cost involved in attending this course. \nThe course will be held at the Day Centre\, St Michael’s Terrace\, Creeslough\, Co Donegal. \nThis course  is now FULL \nWeek 2: Wednesday 6th May at 7.00pm to 9.00pm \nWeek 3: Wednesday 13th May at 7.00pm to 9.00pm \nWeek 4:  To Be Confirmed \n(you will be sent a letter to confirm) \nYou are asked to attend all four sessions to get maximum benefit from the course. \nFor more information or to book the course call Regina on 071 9146001 or email wro@diabetes.ie
