SUMMARY:Code Carrickmacross - Type 2 Education Course
DESCRIPTION:Diabetes Ireland is holding a free CODE education course for people living with Type 2 diabetes. \nThe aim of the course is to help you manage your diabetes and it will cover topics such as diabetes knowledge and management\, food and activity and self-monitoring of diabetes control. \n  \nThe course will be run by: Sinead Powell\, Dietitian and Development Officer at Diabetes Ireland \nEach session will be 2 hours long and includes tea/ coffee break. There is no cost involved in attending this course. Group numbers are limited to 16 so early booking is essential. \nThe course will be held in the Carrickmacross Workhouse\, Shercock Road\, Carrickmacross\, Co.
