DESCRIPTION:DIABETES IRELAND DONEGAL BRANCH \n  \nOur annual weekend break for people with diabetes and their families will resume again this year in the Inishowen Gateway Hotel\, Buncrana from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th May 2018. \n                                                                                                                     \nAdult (Per person sharing) \n2 Nights D/B&B and Saturday lunch  €110.00 \n  \nChildren under 5 – Accommodation and meals   Free \n  \nChildren 6-10 yrs (sharing with parent’s ) \n2 nights B&B plus kids menu meals   €30.00 \n  \nChildren 11-16 yrs (sharing with parent’s ) \n2 nights B&B plus children’s menu meals  €55.00 \n  \nExtra supplement for single rooms per night   €25.00 \n  \nDiabetics under 18 years are free of charge. \n            \n  \nThere will also be a further discount of €30.00 off the overall price for fully paid up members of Diabetes Ireland.  Membership renewal are due in March 2018\, so there is still time to avail of this offer if you are not currently a member. \n  \nDue to the limited number of 42 rooms that are available to us for the weekend certain restrictions apply – A family unit should consist of parents/guardians of a child with diabetes and their siblings under 16\, or\, adults with type 1&2 diabetes and their children under 16. \n  \nOver 16 are classed as adults and therefore pay the same as adults. 42 room are available to us for our weekend so first come with deposit\, first served basis and early booking is essential to get your accommodated in the hotel’. \n  \nA non-refundable deposit of €50.00 is required per application to secure your room and the balance to be paid on arrival at the hotel. \nFurther details about the speakers\, arrival times etc will be confirmed to you at a later date. \n  \nIf you wish to attend\, fill the attached application form and return it with your deposit to Gerard Gallagher\, Drumatoland\, St. Johnston\, Lifford\, Co. Donegal no later than Friday 23rd February 2018.
