SUMMARY:ENNIS – Type 2 & Pre-diabetes Education Course (CODE)
DESCRIPTION:  \nAn education course\, developed by Diabetes Ireland\, is being run by Diabetes Ireland at the Active Ennis Leisure Centre\, Highfield Road\, Ennis\, Co Clare \nThe aim of the course is to help you manage your diabetes and it will cover topics such as diabetes knowledge and management\, nutrition and physical activity and self monitoring of diabetes control. \nThe course will be run by Diabetes Ireland\, Regional Development Officer and Dietitian\, Ms. Pauline Dunne. \nThe first session will be 2 ½ hours long and the remaining sessions 2 hours long including a tea/coffee break. There is no cost involved in attending this course. \nThe course will be held at the Active Ennis Leisure Centre\, Highfield Road\, Ennis\, Co Clare \nTHIS COURSE IS NOW FULL \n2nd week:  Tuesday 22nd May from 10:30 – 12:30 pm \n3rd week:  Tuesday 29th  May  from 10:30 – 12:30 pm \nAt 6 months   Tuesday 20th November from 10:30 – 12:30 pm \n  \nYou are asked to attend all four sessions to get maximum benefit from the course. \nFor more information or to book another course call Regina on 071 9146001 or email wro@diabetes.ie
