DESCRIPTION:Community Orientated Diabetes Education (CODE) \n  \nWould you like to learn more about your diabetes and meet other people with diabetes in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere? An education course\, developed by the Diabetes Ireland and supported by local GPs\, is being run in the Nuremore Hotel in Carrickmacross\, Monaghan. \nThe aim of the course is to help you manage your diabetes and it will cover topics such as diabetes knowledge and management\, nutrition and physical activity and self-monitoring of diabetes control. \nThe course will be run by: Sinead Powell\, Dietitian\, Diabetes Ireland  \nEach session will be 2 hours long and includes tea/ coffee break. There is no cost involved in attending this course. Group numbers are limited to 16 so early booking is essential. \n  \nThis course is now fully booked.
