The registration fee is €90  (Students €50 – provide student card on registration) which includes lunch, coffee, complimentary membership of the Professional Section of Diabetes Ireland and a subscription to Cardiology and Diabetes Professional until March 2018.

To register online, complete the form below. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming your place.

To register by post, download the registration form registration-form-2017-prof-study-day, complete it,  pay by bank draft or cheque (payable to Diabetes Federation of Ireland )  and return the completed form with payment to Diabetes Ireland, 19 Northwood House, Northwood Business Campus, Santry, Dublin 9.

The closing date for registration is Friday 10th March 2017 with any applications received after that date incurring an additional late fee of €20 i.e. total due will be €110.
