Tagliatelle carbonara

- 225g tagliatelle
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 100g lean back bacon, chopped
- 6 tablespoons light creme fraiche
- 2 tablespoons fresh parmesan, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in non-stick frying pan, add the bacon and fry for 3-4 minutes, until beginning to crisp.
3. Mix together the crème fraiche, parmesan, egg and parsley. Stir through the pasta with the bacon.
4. Season and serve.
