Option 1: €31,750 or Option 3: €65,000 -  cover for the following illnesses:

Cancer, Heart Valve & Structural Surgery, Aorta Graft Surgery, Alzheimers Disease, Benign Brain Tumour, Loss of Hearing, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons Disease, Severe Burns, CJD, HIV/Aids from Physical Assualt, HIV/Aids from Blood Transfusion

Option 1: €12,700 or Option 3: €26,000 – cover for the following illnesses:

Heart Attack, Stroke, Angioplasty (two arteries), Coronary Artery Surgery, Major Organ Transplant (excluding Kidney), Paralysis of two or more Limbs, Loss of Speech.

Life cover of €12,700(option 1) or €26,000 (option 3) payable to your dependents

Free children cover: children aged 1-18 years are covered for €13,000 specified illness cover and €4,000 Life Cover FREE OF CHARGE.

Eligibility
All members (and their spouses) of the Diabetes Federation of Ireland between 18 and 60 years are guaranteed acceptance under the Plan. Parents of Members under 18 years can also join.

Cost
Individual Cover €6.90 per week (option 1) or €14.10 per week (option 3)
Individual & Spouse €12.50 per week (option 1) or €25.60 per week (option 3)
