Lamb kebabs and grilled vegetables

- Half leg of lamb, cut into cubes
- Spicy Marinade
- 1 tbsp curry paste
- 1 tbsp oil, olive
- Add Salt and black pepper to taste
- Vegetables
- 3 peppers, deseeded and chopped
- 3 courgettes, sliced
Remove all visible fat from the meat. Mix the curry paste, oil and seasoning. Brush it over the lamb and vegetable pieces. Thread the lamb onto skewers, cook on a black ridged pan or grill for 5-6 minutes on each side. Add the vegetable pieces after 2-3 minutes.
