Banana and mango coulis

- 600 ml water
- 2 mango, juicy, ripe
- 2 banana
- 8 tbsp rice, ground
Boil water in small pan. Add rice, cover and simmer gently for five minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Allow to cool. Once warm, puree mango and banana and add to rice. Stir well and serve.
